The story begins, when George Stobbart down on his luck, is working for a Bail Bonds company. Since the events of Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon, George has failed to get any real work as a patent lawyer, and as a result, had to work delivering bails to his many aides.

When George is approached by Anna-Maria, the beautiful femme fatale who is aided by only a manuscript of great importance, the two are assaulted by a group of thugs hired to track down and kill Anna-Maria. George and Anna-Maria escape, and the two begin searching for this great treasure that the manuscript leads them to.

Soon however, the group of thugs return, and reveals another whole level of danger, when George finds and reveals corruption in Rome, the Vatican, and the Convent. Soon enough, Anna-Maria is captured, and it’s up to George to work out who’s taken her, and what is going on.

From a distance, Shadowrun seems like a total calamity. The intellectual property (IP) was ripped from its pen and paper, role-playing roots, affixed to a skeletal online arena shooter, and given the visual character of an early-90s game box. It gets worse when you consider Microsoft is using Shadowrun, a game peppered with superficial pockmarks, as a launch vehicle for its Vista-only Games for Windows Live service. The service is supposed to mimic what Xbox 360 users already enjoy on their consoles, but unfortunately GFWL in its current state is a terrifically bastardized variation of the excellent console version, something no money-savvy PC gamer should bother shelling out 50 bucks for. While you could still use the Xbox Live Silver for free, the privileges allowed under such an account level are painfully limiting. You need Gold level if you really want to play, and for that you need to spend 100 dollars on a meager gaming package and a subscription to an online service that feels more like a beta test than a full launch.

Dungeon Defenders is a Tower Defense Action-RPG where you must save the
land of Etheria from an Ancient Evil! Create a hero from one of four
distinct classes to fight back wave after wave of enemies by summoning
defenses and directly participating in the action-packed combat!

Customize and level your character, forge equipment, gather loot,
collect pets and more! Take your hero through multiple difficulty modes
and challenge/survival missions to earn more experience & even better
treasure. Join your friends with 4-player online and local
(splitscreen) co-op to plan your strategies together or compete in PvP
Deathmatch.

Features:

4-player Online and Local Co-Op -- Team-up with up to 3 friends to
defend cooperatively, with character classes that support each other’s
strengths and weaknesses. Dynamically combine local (splitscreen) and
online players and leave/join any time, so that the game s always full.

Tower-Defense Meets Action-RPG -- Choose your class, customize your
character & equipment, strategically assemble your defenses, and
participate directly in action-packed battle to preserve your castle

4 Distinct Character Classes -- Each character class has a different
skill tree, set of towers, and even basic attacks! You can choose if
you want to play stealthy, turn invisible, and plant traps behind enemy
lines with the Huntress or go all out, block off choke points, and
brutally beat your foes into submission with the Squire!

Loot and Level-Up -- Grab the mounds of money and items that your
defeated foes drop and trade them or store them for later use in your
Item Box! Getting kills and completing waves earns you experience
points, which can be used to upgrade your characters, skills,
equipment, and towers on a per-statistic basis. Do you want to enhance
Hit Points, Attack Rate, Damage, etc? The choice is yours… Store your
massive overflow of money in the ‘Mana Bank’ and then spend it to
improve your equipment or trade with other players. Proudly show off
your best equipment in your own ‘Adventurer s Tavern’, without fear of
item theft!

Tons of Enemies and Huge Boss Fights -- Over 100 simultaneous enemies
will attempt to tear through your defenses and gigantic Boss Monsters
will appear to rain down havoc upon everyone. Only by employing the
most effective defensive strategies, teamwork, and strong characters
will you defeat such devilish foes! Many enemy types run the gamut from
big dumb Orcs swinging huge axes, to lithe Dark Elves that strike from
the shadows, to crazy kamikaze goblins! Can you defeat the epic boss
battles and collect the special loot while still defending your
crystals?

Mission & Game Play Variety -- Each level has a different visual
setting, layout, enemy types, traps, and distinct surprises. To collect
all the loot and reach the highest levels you must take your character
through 4 difficulty modes, survival missions, challenge maps, and
more! Some maps force you to have mobile defenses, guarding a crystal
which warps around the map. Others have YOU attacking enemy
encampments!

Collect and Trade Pets Online -- A variety of pets exist to assist you
in the land of Etheria, each with distinct behaviors. These pets can be
leveled-up and customized to match your unique play-style. They can
even be traded online with other players!

Secure Trading System -- Afraid another player won’t live up to their
word? Use our secure trading system to trade your precious weapons,
armor, and pets with other players online! Watch your name and fame
spread online, as people seek out the best pet raisers or item forgers!

A Mountain of Stats -- Every shot you take, kill you make, and defense
you build is logged and recorded for posterity. Pore over the
voluminous charts and graphs at the end of each session to analyze your
team’s performance, quickly review your best statistics for each level,
and compare your data online with other players to see who is the
greatest hero of all. Furthermore, your Achievements are visible for
all to see within your very own Adventurer’s Tavern, and the highest
scores for each of your heroes are ranked on the worldwide
leaderboards!

Game Info :
Ninja Blade tells the story of Ken Ogawa, a ninja that is trying oh-so-hard to be just like Ryu Hayabusa of Ninja Gaiden. He jumps out of helicopters, shuns stealth, and fights all sorts of nasty creatures. A parasitic outbreak has hit Tokyo, turning everyone and everything into destruction happy monsters bent on turning the entire world into a pile of rubble. The only hope, naturally, is Ken.

This tale is told through a series of cutscenes and quick-time-events (sequences where the player is required to push a series of buttons as they flash on the screen to interact with a cutscene) in a fairly traditional anime fashion. With voiceovers that switch between English and Japanese and a fractured storyline, Ninja Blade toes the line between something mainstream America will be familiar with and a story that feels foreign.

If you’re going to play Ninja Blade, it’s for the totally ridiculous and over-the-top action that closes out each level. Ken Ogawa doesn’t just kill these parasitic monsters of the night. He ends them with the kind of style great B-movies are made of. What’s the best way to kill a giant spider? With a wrecking ball, of course. Cars and rubble flying through the air aren’t just debris. They’re platforms to run atop and jump off. These are all played out through quick-time-events to keep the player engaged, not that you really need any encouragement. These kill moves had the entire IGN editorial office cheering at their sheer lunacy.

Game Features :
• Unique ninja abilities. To help defeat the genetically mutated monsters, players will have the special abilities of Ninja Vision and Todomé Attack at their fingertips. Enabling Ninja Vision will allow players to detect and analyze potential enemy weak points, secret paths and hidden information within the environment. Beware, though, that while using Ninja Vision, characters become susceptible to excess damage. Todomé Attack is a special attack that destroys an enemy character’s core (heart), by dealing a fatal wound. Balanced and calculated use of both these abilities will be critical to progressing through the game.

• Variety of weapons, tools and Ninjutsu — specialized Ninja powers — offer an enticing array of options. Varied environments force players to think strategically about which set of weapons and tools will be most effective at conquering their way through different levels. Everything from dual-wielding swords to grapple wire hooks and grenades has distinctive features and characteristics, so choose wisely! Ninjutsu is a special power that results in an explosive electrical force to either stun enemies or protect oneself from attack. Only true Ninja Masters can achieve this technique.

• Interactive quick-time events. Scattered throughout integral parts of the storyline, characters will come across various quick-time events where players will have the opportunity to directly interact with in-game cut scenes. Quick reflexes will be rewarded as players interact with controller buttons as directed on screen during intense battles.

• Modern realism. Ninja Blade offers a fresh twist to the classic ninja saga by basing all 3-D gaming maps directly from the actual skyscrapers and building tops in modern-day Tokyo.
